Merry Christmas

But it's February you say. Yes, I know. My family delayed Christmas until Sean and I came home. No presents in December, no tree, no socks hanging cheerfully on the mantle....Until now. Our first afternoon in Saint John found us decorating the tree; well, Sean kind of supervised while the rest of us decorated. Then after a night spent dreaming of dancing sugarplums we awoke Christmas morning. One of the best things was giving out all our presents we'd brought back from Yemen. We had a fun time watching the reactions and in some cases explaining what the gifts were ;) Sean and I got books, gift certificates, household items and lots of little treats to eat. We had a full house last weekend and this weekend we'll have yet another celebration when my sister her family come down to visit.
Merry Christmas everyone!

That is one of the funnest trees I've ever seen!

You guys actually packed a bee hive home? Wow! I'm impressed. Good packing.
I'm glad you had a wonderful Christmas. Welcome home.

Thanks Allison! In Sean's defence he did put up the strings of beads. Nice job spotting the beehive Sheila. Dad was very excited to get it but I don't think he'll be using it for his bees anytime soon ;)
